How do I start using the AWL Access app?

You can download and install the AWL Access app from the App Store or Google Play Store with your mobile device. If you already have an account created, you can log into your existing loan account using your username and password. After logging in, you can check your balance, make additional payments, update your personal information, view your loan documents, and contact customer service about any questions or concerns you may have. If you don't have an account yet and you have a current or past loan with AWL, you can create a new account by following the instruction on the login screen.
